Reservations & Bookings Policy
To confirm a booking, a commitment fee must be paid as a deposit. This deposit reflects the client’s intention to proceed with the confirmed itinerary. The required amount varies based on the safari package agreed upon by the client and the tour consultant.

Budget Safaris – A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival or on the day the safari begins.

Mid-Range Safaris or Lodge Safaris – A deposit of 30% is necessary to secure reservations for accommodation.

Private Safaris – These require early arrangements to ensure transportation, accommodation, and entry fees are covered in advance. A 20% deposit is required.

Kenya-Tanzania Safaris – Budget safaris require a 20% deposit, while mid-range/lodge safaris or tented camps require 30%.

Additional Notes:
Credit card payments incur a 3.5% surcharge.
